Job Description: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach Manage the full sales cycle from presentation to negotiation and closing Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with brands, vendors, and institutions Serve as the key point of contact for partners, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support business strategy Collaborate with Marketing & Product teams to align campaigns with partnership initiatives Support management in achieving overall business targets and growth objectives Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Communication, or related fields Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Partnerships (experience in Luxury, Banking, or Wellness industries is a strong advantage) Strong network or access to potential leads within premium/luxury wellness markets Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics (ROI, conversion rate, etc.) Target-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
