About the Employer
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to support Japanese-owned restaurant clients in Singapore and Malaysia. This role involves sales coordination, client communication, internal administration, and liaison with technical and CAD teams.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with Japanese clients, coordinating with Japan Headquarters, and supporting equipment projects from proposal stage to after-sales follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
General sales administration duties (order placement, receipt, delivery schedule management, document preparation/checking)
Handle sales activities for Japanese customers in Singapore and Malaysia
Follow up with clients after sales to ensure smooth project completion and customer satisfaction
Liaise with the equipment support team at Japan Headquarters
Communication with CAD personnel (drawing revision requests, confirmations, specification alignment)
Requirements
Able to speak fluent Japanese in order to communicate with Japanese customers and Japan Headquarters
Previous sales or project coordination experience
Ability to read drawings and provide instructions to CAD personnel is desirable
