Tropical Group Bali currently seeking a highly motivated and creative as a Marketing Communication for our Company

If you're passionate about building strong brand messages, creating impactful communication strategies, and driving audience engagement across various channels, we'd connect to meet you.

Responbility:

Develop communication strategies to support marketing and branding goals.

Create promotional materials such as brochures, social media content, and press releases.

Manage the company’s social media and website content.

Build relationships with media and external partners (PR & publicity).

Organize promotional events, product launches, and exhibitions.

Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and create performance reports.

Qualifications:

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields

At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing communication (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply)

Proficient in copywriting, content creation, and communication strategy

Experienced in managing social media, campaigns, events, and brand activations

Able to coordinate effectively with creative teams and external parties (media, vendors, etc.)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Creative, proactive, and capable of working both independently and in a team

A plus if familiar with tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or experienced in PR/media relations
