SLUSHY S*CIETY is a grab-and-go frozen cocktails bar known for our vibrant flavors and fun experiences. We are proud to be Trip Advisor's #1 Bar in Canggu. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Brand Associate (Trainee) to join our team.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing our marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and engage with our target audience. You will also on a path to become our Brand Executive and eventually Brand Manager.

Responsibilities:

On-Site Content Creation: Attend the venue minimum 3 days per week to interact with consumers, prepare content creation logistics & capture engaging content showcasing the Slushy Society experience.

Social Media Management: Take ownership of the Slushy Society TikTok & Instagram account, creating engaging and viral content to increase brand visibility.

Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers, brands, and other strategic partners to build relationships and create buzz-worthy events that resonate with our target audience.

Design Capability: Use basic design skills to create eye-catching visuals for social media or promo materials.

Analytics: Monitor metrics to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Events: Grow our brand through events that enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications:

Finally year student or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, etc.).

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar apps.

Basic graphic design capability using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar apps.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Passion for the food and beverage industry is a plus.

Pay & Benefit: on top of learning on the job & via training, our intern will be supported with monthly allowance of Rp 1,000,000/month and Daily Allowance Rp25,000/day all work-related cost will be fully reimbursed.
