Job Scope
1. Drive revenue through corporate event bookings (D&Ds, seminars, private dining, workshops)
2. Prospect and manage B2B clients — corporates, event planners, wedding coordinators
3. Negotiate and close venue rental and catering packages
4. Maintain a pipeline of leads and manage CRM records
5. Develop partnerships with hotels, tourism boards, and lifestyle platforms
6. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, Google)
7. Manage content creation — photography, copywriting, promotions
8. Oversee the company website and SEO/SEM
9. Develop seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, and loyalty programmes
10. Handle Public Relation, media relations, influencer collaborations, and food reviews
11. Monitor analytics and report on campaign ROI
12. Develop annual sales and marketing plans aligned with business targets
13. Work closely with the kitchen team and management on menu launches and pricing
14. Manage a small team or external agencies/freelancers
15. Track competitors and market trends in the Singapore F&B/events space
