Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing team specializing in industrial storage racks and mezzanine platform systems. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer relationship management, site survey, project coordination, and providing suitable storage solutions based on customer requirements.

The ideal candidate must be hands-on, able to conduct on-site measurements and site inspections, understand customer operational needs, and recommend suitable racking and storage solutions that meet customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Develop and grow sales opportunities for warehouse racking, retail shelving, and storage solutions

Identify and build relationships with new and existing clients

Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing, and project coordination

Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, and account management

Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives

Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies

Promote company products and solutions to contractors, retailers, warehouses, and project clients

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Support branding, promotions, and business expansion initiatives

Coordinate with overseas suppliers and manufacturers on pricing, orders, and deliveries

Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution

Monitor inventory planning and stock availability

Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Supplier & Operations Coordination

Coordinate with overseas suppliers and manufacturers on pricing, orders, and deliveries

Monitor inventory planning and stock availability

Requirements

Experience in industrial storage racks, warehouse racking systems, mezzanine platforms, or related industries

Knowledge in sales, marketing, and project coordination

Able to perform site measurements and understand layout planning

Good communication and customer service skills

Independent, responsible, and able to handle projects independently

Possess strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Possess valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in warehouse storage solutions and industrial shelving systems

Basic understanding of AutoCAD or layout drawings is an advantage

Existing customer network in warehousing, logistics, or industrial sectors is preferred
