Requirement

Diploma / Bachelor Degree of Marketing / Business

Relentless

Good communication and negotiation skills

3 Years of experience of B2B Sales

3 years of experience with community Engagement & Trade Marketing is a plus

Both written and oral english capability

Familiarity and experienced in monitoring and analyzing data to support upselling and cross-selling strategies

Familiarity with channel marketing, distributor models, and retail operations.

Comfortable using Excel. Powerpoint, CRM Tools.'

Job Description

Develop and execuite trade marketing programs for both traditonal and modern channels

Manage local campaigns, merchandisingm, and trade shows.

Track competitor activities and propose counter-strategies

Build and nurture contractior and reseller communities

Organize workshops, training, product demo days, and loyalty programs.

Engage local stakeholders to create word-of-mouth marketing and endorsement networks

Act as liaison between market needs and internal product marketing teams
