Mahanaim Group Hiring Director of Marketing – Food & Beverage

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Director of Marketing to join a leading and rapidly expanding Food & Beverage group with multiple restaurant brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead brand strategy and execute marketing initiatives to strengthen presence across multiple F&B concepts.

Manage multi-channel campaigns including digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and offline activations.

Collaborate with culinary and operations teams on menu launches, seasonal promotions, and experiential marketing events.

Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and identify growth opportunities.

Establish strategic partnerships to enhance visibility and competitiveness.

Mentor and develop the marketing team while managing budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.

7+ years of marketing experience with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role in Food & Beverage or Hospitality.

Proven expertise in restaurant marketing, brand building, and digital campaigns.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
