Job Summary

Manage customer accounts and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and brand presence for Leapfroglobal’s IT hardware products in the local market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage B2B and corporate customer accounts to maintain strong business relationships and drive repeat sales
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by executing effective account management and sales strategies
  • Conduct regular visits to retailers’ outlets to maintain and enhance marketing displays and product demonstrations, ensuring brand visibility and customer engagement
  • Monitor and follow up on customer orders and promotional activities to ensure timely fulfilment and maximize sales opportunities
  • Coordinate and track marketing events, activities, and deadlines to support brand campaigns and product launches
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends
  • Update price lists and ensure customers are updated on the latest product offerings
  • Monitor and manage social media platforms by scheduling and posting relevant content regularly to maintain brand presence and engagement
  • Plan and execute roadshows and exhibition setups locally and occasionally overseas to showcase products and generate leads

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within IT distribution channels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, to manage data and communications effectively
  • Proficient in written and spoken English to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Knowledge of NetSuite software to support order management and customer data tracking
