Sales & Marketing Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.

Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.

Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback to close deals.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to support sales growth.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Assist in branding, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives (social media, email, ads).

Coordinate events, exhibitions, or roadshows to promote products/services.

Collaborate with design/content teams to create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, posts).
