Job Summary

Manage customer accounts and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and brand presence for Leapfroglobal’s IT hardware products in the local market.

Responsibilities

Manage B2B and corporate customer accounts to maintain strong business relationships and drive repeat sales

Achieve and exceed sales targets by executing effective account management and sales strategies

Conduct regular visits to retailers’ outlets to maintain and enhance marketing displays and product demonstrations, ensuring brand visibility and customer engagement

Monitor and follow up on customer orders and promotional activities to ensure timely fulfilment and maximize sales opportunities

Coordinate and track marketing events, activities, and deadlines to support brand campaigns and product launches

Stay updated on the latest industry trends

Update price lists and ensure customers are updated on the latest product offerings

Monitor and manage social media platforms by scheduling and posting relevant content regularly to maintain brand presence and engagement

Plan and execute roadshows and exhibition setups locally and occasionally overseas to showcase products and generate leads

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within IT distribution channels

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, to manage data and communications effectively

Proficient in written and spoken English to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Knowledge of NetSuite software to support order management and customer data tracking
