Job description:
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals for clients
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers on project requirements
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
- Assist in tender submissions (e.g., government / PUB tenders)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of documents
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation and records
- Handle correspondence (emails, letters, RFQs, etc.)
- Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and coordination activities
- Maintain filing systems for contracts, and reports
- Support general office operations and reporting
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bill of quantities (BOQ)
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Assist in tender costing and analysis
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management or a related discipline preferred
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to guide, motivate and develop sales teams
- Excellent negotiation skills and customer relationship management abilities
- Comfortable working with sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive business growth
- Willing to go in Site show if needed
- Training will be provided, no experience required
