What you'll be doing?
New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and build strong rapport with prospective clients across relevant industries to expand the company's customer base and revenue.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets, drive business growth, and achieve ambitious sales targets that make a real impact.
Customer Engagement: Connect meaningfully with decision-makers to understand their evolving needs and position the company's solutions as integral to their success.
Tailored Value Delivery: Craft and deliver customised solutions that drive cost efficiency, operational improvements, and long-term return on investment for clients.
Proposal Presentation: Confidently present technical and commercial proposals to clients, working collaboratively with internal engineering and solutions teams as needed.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a disciplined and well-documented sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups, timely record-keeping, and effective CRM utilisation.
Market Intelligence: Gather and share timely market feedback and insights to help shape product offerings and inform business strategy.
Opportunity Development: Nurture existing accounts while continuously identifying the next growth opportunity, balancing relationship-building with a forward-thinking mindset.
Compliance and Process Adherence: Uphold full compliance with company policies, sales processes, and documentation protocols to maintain operational integrity.
Who are they looking for?
Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communicators and negotiators with a consultative selling approach who can build trust and influence at all levels of an organisation.
Technical Acumen: Those with a keen ability to quickly grasp technical solutions and articulate their value clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences.
Proven B2B Sales Track Record: A successful background in technical, industrial, or B2B sales, with a consistent history of acquiring new customers and exceeding sales targets.
Market Familiarity: Familiarity with the Singapore industrial and commercial market is preferred.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field provides a solid foundation for this role.
Sales Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of B2B Industrial automation sales experience is preferred.
