Job Description
About the role
We are looking for a part-time Retail Sales Executive in promoting and selling our Telco products and services in a retail environment. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading telecommunications company and gain valuable sales experience.
- Successful applicants would be stationed at Causeway Point for training and/or work
- Multiple work locations: Islandwide (High traffic shopping malls)
- As a part-time Retail Sales Executive, you can expect:
- Competitive hourly pay - $11.50 on weekdays & $13.00 on weekends
- Flexible work arrangements to accommodate your schedule - 10.30am - 9.30pm (include 1hr break)
- A collaborative and friendly team environment
What you'll be doing
- Engaging with customers and providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrating and promoting our Telco products and services
- Achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Maintaining a tidy and organised retail space
- Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Passion for sales and a proven track record of achieving targets
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Flexible availability to work weekends
- Retail or sales experience is preferred, but not essential
