About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service standards, and supporting the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.

Ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction at all times.

Lead, train, and motivate the service team.

Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the restaurant.

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Assist in staff scheduling and inventory management.

Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to meet operational goals.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or a related field.

At least 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations, with 1 year in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of service standards and guest handling.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Proficient in English (both spoken and written); Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
