Job Summary :

Position responsible to all Food and Beverage operations and event, including but not limited to culinary, restaurant, beverage, room service operations, leisure hall and activities, toddler corner, fitness and spa.

Manages day-to-day operations verifying quality, maintain highest level of service, oversees guest satisfaction and meeting or exceeding business goals.

Qualification :

Background from Hospitality Management or F&B Service

Proven work experience minimum 3 years as a F&B Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, Bar Supervisor

Solid proficiency in English combined with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Guest centric with ability to adapt in different culture.

Proven food and beverage management experience with in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage trends and best practices in industry.

Ability to forecast food and beverage needs, adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.

Has creativity in developing upselling and membership program.

Ability to organize outstanding corporate or private events.

Sociable with ability to increase guest traffic in restaurant and event.
