Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure excellent guest experience, manage team performance, and achieve operational and financial targets. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a service-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH, BOH coordination)

Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met

Monitor opening and closing procedures

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standard

Team Leadership & People Management

Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline

Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations

Foster teamwork and a positive work environment

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly

Monitor service flow during peak hours

Sales & Cost Control

Achieve sales targets and operational KPIs

Monitor food & beverage cost, labor cost, and operational expenses

Control inventory, wastage, and stock levels

Coordinate with purchasing and finance teams

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

Coordinate with Head Office, Marketing, and Support Teams

Support marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager

Strong understanding of restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)

Proven leadership and team management skills

Good knowledge of cost control, inventory, and basic P&L

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Fluent in English (spoken & written)
