We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead our team at a vibrant Mediterranean restaurant. If you’re passionate about warm hospitality, flavorful cuisine, and creating exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.
📍 About the Role
As our Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding service, support and mentor staff, and maintain the welcoming atmosphere our guests love. You’ll work closely with ownership and kitchen leadership to uphold our standards for quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
✨ Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations
Train, mentor, and schedule staff to foster a high-performing team
Ensure exceptional guest service and handle customer inquiries or concerns
Oversee opening and closing procedures
Maintain quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control
Support marketing initiatives, special events, and community engagement
🔎 What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager (Mediterranean or similar cuisine a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
A warm, guest-focused attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and inventory
Problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
