Full-time | Premium Dining | Salary 7–10 Million IDR
DOM is a growing premium-segment restaurant located in the heart of Canggu. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager who can lead our team, maintain high service standards, and support the restaurant’s operational excellence. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow together with a strong management team and build a long-term career in the hospitality industry.
Job Description
As a Restaurant Manager at DOM, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, maintaining service quality, and assisting in overall business success. You will work closely with owners and senior management to build a structured, efficient, and service-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Operational & Service Management
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure all standards are consistently met
Maintain high-quality service and guest satisfaction
Handle customer feedback and assist in problem resolution
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and smooth workflow on the floor
Team Leadership & HR
Supervise, motivate, and support the restaurant staff
Conduct staff training, onboarding, and performance development
Create and maintain staff schedules
Ensure discipline, teamwork, and a positive working environment
Inventory & Administration
Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock control
Coordinate with kitchen and bar regarding stock needs
Ensure SOPs and company procedures are followed
Prepare basic operational reports for management
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager
Experience in premium or upscale dining (average bill 300K–400K IDR) is highly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and basic administration
