Tropical Group is actively seeking a competent and experienced individual to fill the role of Restaurant Manager and oversee the daily operations of our restaurants under Tropical Group in the Nusa Dua. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications :

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations efficiently

Supervise, schedule, and train staff

Maintain high standards of service and food quality

Handle customer complaints professionally

Manage inventory, stock levels, and budgeting

Prepare sales and performance reports

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Support marketing activities and drive sales growth

Qualifications :

Previous professional involvement in the retail and/or hospitality fields.

Strong experience and knowledge of FB Budgeting, FB Operational

Creative and Innovative in strategic planning and promotional techniques for food and beverages.

Effective leadership requires the ability to connect with people.

Priority will be given to candidates residing in the Bali area and able to join immediately
