Responsibilities
Plan and implement strategies to maximize restaurant revenue and profitability
Manage manpower schedules and coordinate staff training to enhance team performance and customer service
Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent guest experiences
Supervise food, beverage, and labor cost controls to maintain budget compliance
Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness according to company guidelines
Oversee smooth daily restaurant operations aligned with company policies
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field
Demonstrate fluency in English to communicate effectively with team and guests
Show proactive learning attitude to adapt and grow within the role
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment
Other Information
Work schedule: 5 days per week
