Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Provide detailed information about our products and services.

- Familiar with tour packages

- Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues.Process reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer details are recorded correctly.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in reservation or customer service role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.

- Proficient in English, both spoken and written

- Ability to multitasking.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required

- Can join immediately.
