We are looking for the experienced Reservations Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for driving direct and OTA bookings, managing all reservation channels, and optimizing pricing, availability, and conversion performance, ensuring maximum occupancy, profitability, and a smooth booking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all booking channels (OTAs, direct website, third-party platforms).
Optimize listings, pricing, availability, and promotions to maximize conversions.
Oversee reservations, calendar accuracy, and complex booking requests.
Implement dynamic pricing and monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market trends.
Drive direct bookings and reduce OTA dependency.
Ensure a smooth, guest-friendly booking journey and identify conversion improvements.
Coordinate closely with Operations, Guest Services, and Marketing.
Maintain accurate reservation data, reporting, and SOP compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in reservations, revenue management, e-commerce, or hospitality sales.
Strong understanding of OTAs, PMS, and channel managers.
Analytical mindset with confidence working with data and performance metrics.
Excellent attention to detail and system accuracy.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with daily operational execution.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience in short-term rentals, villas, or boutique hospitality.
Knowledge of dynamic pricing tools.
Experience increasing direct booking share.
Familiarity with owner reporting and multi-property portfolios.
