About the Role
We are seeking a candidate to support the design, development, and delivery of a myopia-focused software platform. This role sits at the intersection of product delivery, applied research, and stakeholder collaboration. You will work closely with internal engineering teams, clinical and research partners, and external collaborators to ensure the product is built effectively, delivered on schedule, and adopted successfully.
The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating both technical and coordination responsibilities and will contribute to shaping the product roadmap while supporting research collaborations from onboarding through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Engineering Coordination
Translate research, clinical, and user needs into clear product and technical requirements
Work closely with internal engineering teams and external vendors to support day-to-day product development
Support testing, iteration, and release planning in line with project timelines
Research & Partner Engagement
Support onboarding of clinical partners and research collaborators, serving as a primary point of contact
Gather feedback from collaborators and users, and translate insights into actionable product improvements
Project Execution & Support
Support the preparation of proposals, product demos, and technical documentation
Coordinate cross-functional teams to support partnerships from proposal through execution
Assist with operational setup and coordination of pilot projects
Maintain and organize project and partnership documentation
Ensure alignment between project commitments, deliverables, and product scope
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with software development processes and product lifecycles
Experience with healthcare or digital health projects is preferred
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
