Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Research Assistant role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Research Assistant will support clinical research project by assisting with study preparation, data collection, documentation, and coordination with research teams. Daily tasks include supporting the development and maintenance of study documents, and ensuring adherence to research protocols and ethical standards. The role involves assisting with data entry, data cleaning, and preliminary data analysis. The Research Assistant will also help coordinate laboratory activities where applicable, support communication with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to routine research reporting and documentation. Qualifications a. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, Biostatistics, Biomedicine, Bioinformatics, Health Informatics, Data Science, Public Health, Pharmacy, or Nursing b. Experience in conducting clinical research, health data registries, digital health implementation, or artificial intelligence (AI)-based research in the health sector is preferred; c. A ​​basic understanding of clinical research, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), health research ethics, and health data governance and confidentiality; d. Strong research administration and documentation skills, including study document management, archiving, data entry and validation, and the preparation of research activity reports; e. Proficiency in computer operations and office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and/or research data management platforms such as REDCap or similar systems; f. Accuracy, integrity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of research and health data; g. Ability to work multitasking and adaptively in supporting research implementation from the preparation, implementation, monitoring, and completion stages of the study; h. Good communication and coordination skills, including fluency in English, both spoken and written; i. Willingness to participate in training, mentoring, and implementation activities related to research development; j. Having an active Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification is a plus. k. Familiarity with healthcare AI workflows, medical imaging, digital pathology, or AI-based data management is a plus. Registration Procedures 1.Required Documents (in PDF format) a.
