Develop new formulations and provide recommendations to improve or customize formulas, processes, or analytical methods respective to the formula for liquids products
Lead and develop the R&D team
Ensure stability and efficacy according to project requirements
Issue product specifications as required and maintain relevant data throughout each product’s development.
Verify formula reproducibility before initial production run with lab-scale up.
Responsible for the formulation process, trial, and validation
Maintain adherence to all regulatory requirements (BPOM, BRC, Customer Audits)
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be experienced in R&D of Sauces (Wet/Liquid Products).
Understanding on good manufacturing practices and food safety practices (FSSC/BRC)
Dynamic, Agile, pro-active personality.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Willing to be based in Jababeka, Cikarang
