Symarom Asia Pte Ltd is a food manufacturing company. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulatory Officer Cum Customer Service to support our compliance activities and daily laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, HALAL, SFA etc.).
Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documentation, licenses, permits, and submissions.
Assist with internal and external audits and support corrective actions.
Conduct Customer Service on shipping document etc.
Support implementation of safety, quality, and regulatory procedures within all the teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.
Experience and familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., local regulatory authority, ISO, HALAL, SFA) preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
Good communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
