Job Title: Night Receptionist / Night Auditor

Location: Mad Monkey Uluwatu, Bali Shift: Overnight – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Full-time)

Job Description:

As the Night Receptionist/Night Auditor, you’ll be the go-to person during the overnight hours at Mad Monkey Uluwatu. Your mission: keep our hostel running smoothly while the island sleeps. This is more than just a front desk role – it's a mix of customer service, basic accounting, and keeping the party safe and sound till sunrise.

Responsibilities:

Welcome late-night guests and assist with check-ins/check-outs

Provide friendly and attentive guest service throughout the night

Ensure the safety and security of guests and property during night hours

Perform basic night audit tasks and balance the day’s accounts

Handle late-night bookings and inquiries (online, phone, or walk-ins)

Light housekeeping duties to maintain lobby/front desk area

Communicate any incidents or issues to morning staff

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality or reception preferred

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Comfortable working independently overnight

Basic computer and cash handling skills

Friendly, responsible, and reliable

Positive attitude & love for hostel culture
