About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at EVDEkimi Real Estates' based in Ubud, Bali. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and courteous manner
Manage office inventory and monitor office supplies
Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties
Maintain a neat and organised reception area
Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages for guests and visitors, while collaborating with the Housekeeping team to maintain pantry and hospitality standards
Assist with other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in using office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
