RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing residential projects for lease

Attend physical viewings with prospective tenants

Negotiate lease renewals

Handing over / Taking back of properties

Attend to tenancy related matters

Solicit interests via cold calling and/or networking, etc.

Complete transaction-related documentations and reports

Able to work irregular hours and on weekends, public holidays

REQUIREMENTS

Possess valid CEA Salesperson Licence - we are not able to consider any candidates without CEA licence as stipulated by law.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps and web–saavy.

Possess Class 3 licence and personal vehicle (preferred, but not necessary)
