Quantity Surveyor

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey with min 3 years of relevant experience in construction related industry. 

Manage Pre-tender to post-contract stages.

Preparing contract documents, working on quantities, taking off measurement, providing costing, estimates and managing cost information.

Handle progress claims, progress payments and finalization of accounts

Negotiation of price with suppliers and sub-contractors, including of awarding sub-contract agreement

Take-off quantity for projects

Sourcing for quotations from specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors

Price comparison and costing summary.

To attend tender interviews, site show-rounds and liaise with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payments
