About the role

This is a full-time Quantity Surveyor role with Decormark Design Pte. Ltd., located in the Woodlands North Region. You will be responsible for handling quantity surveying tasks like preparing quotes and tenders, managing costs, sourcing materials, handling claims and variations, and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and the project team

Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and bills of quantities.

Prepare and submit tender

Source & Procure required material and negotiate with suppliers & sub-contractors

Manage tender administration

Evaluation of variation submission, price comparison, and costing summary

Preparation of monthly progress claims to the customer

Prepare/ verification/ upkeep of project variation work and site instructions

Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings

Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team

Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner

Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned

Any other tasks and duties as instructed by the management

Skills, Experience Competencies Required

Degree/Diploma in the relevant field of study

Entry level are welcome to apply; Training will be provided

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize task

Able to work on multiple projects, within the simultaneous timeline

Able to work independently under minimum supervision

Proficient in MS Office skills
