About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Control Assembly Parts Inspection (QC-API) Staff who will be responsible for ensuring engine and part quality throughout the production process, from internal assembly checks to supplier quality management. This role plays a key part in preventing defects, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting new model/part development in collaboration with multiple departments and suppliers.

What You’ll Do

Follow up on all findings related to assembly part issues with suppliers

Conduct analyses to identify root causes and implement appropriate countermeasures

Manage and control all design as well as process changes at suppliers to ensure part quality

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to prevent reoccurrence of issues

Ensure and maintain part accuracy is achieved

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–3 years of QC or QA experience in automotive or manufacturing is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in root cause and countermeasure (RCCA) analysis.

Knowledge of quality tools (PPAP, RFCA, KDQR, 4M Change Control, PPM monitoring) is highly preferred.

Familiar with reading engineering drawings and specifications.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Able to work independently and collaboratively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
