Manage and oversee wastewater treatment projects from project initiation to completion.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, work progress, and quality standards.

Attend project meetings, site coordination meetings, and client discussions.

Ensure all project activities comply with Singapore safety regulations and company procedures.

Supervise site activities, manpower planning, and subcontractor coordination.

Identify project risks and provide effective solutions to project-related issues.

Prepare project reports, documentation, progress claims, and project updates.

Ensure projects are delivered within timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Support project planning, technical discussions, and commissioning activities when required.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental / Electrical or related disciplines).

Experience in wastewater treatment, water treatment, industrial plant, or engineering/construction projects is preferred.

Possess CSCPM certification, or willing to obtain the certification within one year upon joining.

Familiar with project documentation, scheduling, and engineering coordination.

Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with Singapore workplace safety requirements will be an advantage.

Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Able to converse in Mandarin to speak with Mandarin speaking associate
