Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction projects, specifically within the residential/housing sector.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager.
• Proficient in interpreting project schedules (Time Schedule), shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project targets.
• Willing to be stationed at Gading Serpong.

Job Description:

• Manage and ensure project execution aligns with the designated design, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Oversee coordination with internal teams and contractors, monitor project progress, and resolve onsite issues.
• Ensure project quality through Quality Control (QC) supervision, defect rectification, and managing the handover process and consumer complaints.
• Evaluate working methods and monitor reports submitted by the Site Manager.
• Follow up on Site Manager reports regarding quality findings, manpower requirements, field deviations, and violation penalties.
• Prepare house progress schedules and evaluate field progress to ensure project milestones are met according to expectations and the established timeline
