Roles & Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead end-to-end project management for IoT and Smart Facilities Management (FM) initiatives, from planning, procurement, deployment, testing, to handover.
Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations and monitor progress against milestones and deliverables.
Manage implementation of Smart FM solutions such as IoT sensors, gateways, smart meters, digital dashboards and CMMS integration.
Validate data accuracy, device performance and system interoperability, ensuring solution meet operational requirement.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management
Collaborate with building owners, facility managers and operation teams to gather requirement and align project objectives and deliverables.
Manage external vendors, system integrators and technology partners, including proposal evaluation, project coordination and performance review.
Facilitate regular progress meetings, provide status update reports and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
Data and Performance Monitoring
Ensure IoT data is structured and integrated into CMMS dashboard for real-time monitoring, alerts and insights.
Work with FM team to translate insights into actionable improvements (e.g. remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, energy optimisation).
Sustainability and Energy Efficiency
Lead, manage and oversee Green Mark Certification projects.
Analyse building performance data to identify opportunities for energy efficiency, water savings, and carbon reduction through Smart FM initiatives.
Support the development and tracking of sustainability KPIs, including EUI, energy and water consumption trends.
Skills & Requirements
Demonstrated project management experience, ideally with IoT, Smart FM, Smart Building and M&E systems.
Knowledge of IoT platform, communication protocol (LoRaWAN, Sigfox, MQTT, BACnet, Modbus), BMS, CMMS, Green Building standards and energy efficiency initiatives.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
