Production
Hands-on in managing production processes, ensuring efficiency and maintaining quality standards on shopfloor
Production Maintenance
Expert in optimizing machine performance and reliability moreover leading continuous improvement projects
Responsibilities Production
Ensure daily production targets are achieved (output, quality, efficiency).
Supervise and coordinate operators during shift operations.
Monitor line performance and minimize downtime or waste.
Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and company standards.
Support continuous improvement and productivity projects.
Prepare production reports and escalate operational issues.
Responsibilities Production Maintenance
Ensure machine reliability and minimize breakdown.
Execute and monitor preventive maintenance schedule.
Troubleshoot technical issues on production lines.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Ensure machine safety and engineering compliance.
Support equipment improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree majoring Mechanical, Electrical, & Chemical Engineering, and Food Technology with GPA min 3.3 from a reputable university.
Fresh graduates or who already hold statement of graduation or maximum 2 years of work experiences.
Actively involved in organizations or extracurricular activities.
Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
