Requirement:

S1, preferably Chemical Engineering or related field

Min. 6 years experience in automotive manufacturing operation at least minimal 3 years as Production Supervisor

Experienced in production assembly, scheduling & stock management

Familiar with ISO IATF 16949 (internal auditor certified)

Strong in machine operations, lean manufacturing, and budgeting

Good English & computer skills

Responsibilities:

Prepare and monitor the annual plant budget to ensure cost efficiency and financial control.

Plan and manage yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules to achieve production targets.

Manage raw material and inventory control, including FIFO implementation, RM inward/outward monitoring, and ledger maintenance.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.

Develop and review SOPs, operational documents, and plant-related reports in compliance with company standards.

Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF 16949 standards, quality control requirements, and workplace safety regulations.

Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and operational improvement opportunities.

Resolve technical and operational issues while supporting equipment installation and maintenance activities.

Analyze production and operational data to improve plant performance and support decision-making.

Provide technical guidance, training, and performance support to junior staff and operational teams.
