Job Responsibilities

Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily production operations for Ice Cream & Liquid Milk lines.

Ensure production targets, quality standards, food safety, and efficiency KPIs are achieved.

Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain departments to ensure smooth production flow.

Lead, supervise, and develop production team members and shift leaders.

Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and company safety regulations

Analyze production data and prepare operational reports for management review.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Dairy Technology, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing, preferably in Dairy, Ice Cream, or Beverage industry it's a must

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good understanding of production systems, food safety, and quality management.

Familiar with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and manufacturing KPIs.

Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.

Willing to work in shifts if required.
