Product Manager, Digital Learning (2-Year Contract)
Join HeritageSG as a Product Manager (Digital Learning) and drive the development of digital learning products that make Singapore's heritage accessible to students, educators, and lifelong learners.
You will translate educational needs and heritage content into scalable digital solutions – from museum-based resources to blended learning experiences – while also contributing to HSG's broader digital product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and MVP scope for digital learning solutions, ensuring alignment with programme objectives.
Collaborate closely with client users and key stakeholders to redefine the product vision, secure buy-in, and coordinate with various stakeholder teams.
Conduct research and analyse user behaviour, industry benchmarks and market needs to make informed proposals and product decisions.
Develop product use cases, audience segmentation, and deployment models along with stakeholders, designers, engineers, and external vendors.
Prioritise, plan and monitor the development of product feature to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Manage procurement process, including preparation of budget request papers, and oversee project timelines and budget utilisation.
Ensure the product quality by implementing rigorous testing and audit, with focus on security and performance standard.
Maintain compliance and ensure alignment to relevant security and data governance policies (such as PDPA, NIST, IM8, and internal policies).
Drive user adoption through effective engagement strategies and iterative product feature development.
Support knowledge transfer by developing onboarding materials and maintaining FAQs based stakeholder feedback and recurring issues.
Contribute to boarder organisational digital product and service delivery initiatives beyond the DHIP programme as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
Preferred with at least 3–6 years of experience in product management, IT business analysis or IT project management.
Prior experience in edtech, digital experience design, or customer-facing applications with proven end-to-end delivery will be advantageous.
Familiarity with service design, interaction design and gamification, or design thinking is a plus.
Strong ability to translate user needs, business requirements and technical constraints into clear product requirements and intuitive user experiences.
Demonstrated capability in conducting market/user research, as well as managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
