Job Description

SPH Media’s product managers drive the innovation behind the company’s suite of news and lifestyle platforms — from web and app experiences to newsroom and audience tools. We work at the intersection of journalism, technology, and design to shape how readers engage with our content every day.

We’re looking for curious, driven interns who are passionate about digital media and want to learn how great products are built — from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilites:

In this role, you will

- Support product managers in defining and prioritising features across SPH Media’s publications and platforms.

- Conduct user and market research to uncover insights that inform product decisions.

- Help write and maintain documentation such as product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Newsroom teams to support ongoing product initiatives.

- Participate in product testing, collect feedback, and track key performance metrics post-launch.

- Gain hands-on experience in agile product development and data-driven decision making within a large media organisation.

Requirements:
- Past experience in product management or related fields is advantageous.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and documentation tools (e.g., Excel, JIRA, Confluence) is preferred

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Passion for digital media and a keen interest in product management is a plus - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
