A centre in Aljunied area is looking for a Centre leader who is passionate about early childhood learning and has good communication and people management skills

Possess the following:

·            Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Teaching & Leadership / Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL)

·            Proficient in Microsoft Office

·            At least 3 years of teaching experience and 2 years of leadership experience

·            Preferably holds a valid first aid certificate recognized by ECDA

·            Excellent leadership & team management qualities

·            Strong interpersonal skills to establish good relationships with parents and stakeholders

·            Dynamic & proactive in leading a team

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·            Be responsible for the daily operations of the Centre.

·            Plan, develop and implement the programme, curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment.

·            Establish strong relationship with parents, families, and staff for the children’s development.

·            Guide and mentor teachers & staff

·            Good knowledge of ECDA Licensing to ensure regulatory compliance.

·            Manage the budget and expenditures of the centre.

·            Monitor children’s enrolment & assessment of staff performance

·            Prepare monthly reports and keep track of all other datelines required by Management

·            Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene and learning corners in the centre

·            Any other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
