About the role

MindChamps Preschool @ Redhill is seeking a visionary Preschool Principal to lead our soon to be open preschool located in Redhill, Central Region. As the Preschool Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the preschool's operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programmes that nurture and develop young minds. This is a full-time role that will allow you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students and the local community.

What you'll be doing

Provide leadership in creating safe, open, and inclusive family and community environments and

programmes that capitalise on children’s developments, abilities and strength.

Communicate effectively to management and stakeholders.

Recruiting, managing, and developing a talented team of educators and support staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture

Engaging with parents, the community, and other stakeholders to build strong partnerships and support the preschool's growth

Ensuring compliance with all relevant educational regulations and guidelines, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality

Overseeing the preschool's financial management, budget planning, and resource allocation

Centre tour and marketing

What we're looking for

Diploma in Early Childhood Education-Teaching & Leadership is a must.

Degree in Early Childhood Education will be advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years of teaching and management experience in a childcare/preschool.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with parents, staff, and the community
