• Accustomed to working under tight timelines and handling the pressure of live events.
• Well-connected with designers, models, and other professionals within the fashion industry.
• Able to translate creative ideas and concepts into compelling visual experiences.

Job Description:

• Develop fashion show themes aligned with the event’s vision, current fashion trends, and target audience.
• Curate and coordinate designers, brands, and collections to ensure consistency with the overall event theme.
• Collaborate closely with set designers, lighting designers, and music directors to ensure the audio-visual atmosphere enhances and supports the showcased collections.
• Manage backstage and model coordination, including preparation and readiness.
• Direct and oversee the overall show flow during the fashion show.
• Take full accountability for the execution and outcomes of the event, including post-event evaluation of strengths and areas for improvement.
• Ensure seamless coordination with key supporting roles such as stylists and hair & makeup artists.
• Bridge designers’ creative vision with stage production and technical requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between the fashion team and other divisions, including logistics, stage, lighting, multimedia, and the event director.
