We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to join our growing technology team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, DevOps automation, platform engineering, and large-scale fintech environments.

This role requires hands-on experience in designing high-availability systems, CI/CD automation, cloud-native architecture, audit/compliance platforms, and multi-cloud infrastructure management. The candidate should also possess strong leadership capabilities and the ability to drive technical innovation across enterprise-scale environments.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native infrastructure platforms across AWS and containerized environments
• Architect and optimize high-availability distributed systems supporting large-scale enterprise applications
• Develop and enhance CMDB, audit, release management, and infrastructure governance platforms
• Implement DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, observability, and incident response
• Build secure and traceable deployment systems with strong compliance and governance controls
• Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives including Kubernetes, EKS, Fargate, and serverless platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Improve system reliability, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency
• Drive automation initiatives for ticketing systems, workflow orchestration, and cloud operations
• Support security governance initiatives including audit logging, authentication, access control, and infrastructure security
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across engineering teams
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and AI-assisted development practices to improve delivery efficiency
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including EKS, Lambda, Fargate, SQS, EventBridge, RDS, IAM, S3, and Secrets Manager
• Proficiency in Golang, Python, and Java development
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployment models
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, GitLab, monitoring, and observability tools
• Experience designing distributed systems, high-concurrency platforms, and microservices architecture
• Expertise in MySQL optimization, Redis, Elasticsearch, and large-scale data processing
• Experience implementing security, audit, compliance, and governance frameworks
• Familiarity with APISIX, Prometheus, ELK Stack, RabbitMQ, and cloud automation tools
• Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience in fintech, banking, or enterprise platform engineering environments
• Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows and automation frameworks
• Experience managing or mentoring engineering teams
• Knowledge of infrastructure security and compliance governance
