Key Responsibilities

To plan, develop and deliver high-quality lessons using a wide variety of physical sports activities in which Preschool & Primary students can participate.

Develop and implement curriculum for Personal, Social aspects of and PSPE education for Primary students.

Organize and plan 1 major sports event & other relevant camps and activities.

Understand and practice vigilant student safeguarding and duty of care, including sport venue, play structures and equipment safety before activities/ events.

Enable students to develop sportsmanship, socially and personally from participation in sports, with monitoring and ensure quality delivery of programmes if run by external service providers including CCAs and Enrichment Programmes.

Track student progress, monitor achievement against targets set, and take appropriate action on student outcomes, conduct parent-teacher meetings, assess students and write student reports.

Network with vendors and parent liaison for CCA and enrichment programmes during scheduled hours.

Ensure smooth implementation of quality programmes for CCA and enrichment programmes (after school hours and Saturdays).

Any other duties as assigned by the Principal.

 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Education, or related field.

Teaching certification/license preferred.

Prior teaching or coaching experience is an advantage.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Knowledge of sports rules, physical fitness, and student safety practices.

Passion for promoting health, fitness, and student engagement.

Ability to organize school sports activities and events.

Preferred Skills

First Aid / CPR certification.

Ability to coach multiple sports disciplines.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, patient, and motivating personality.
