The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting and managing executive-level tasks, including scheduling and diary management, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and performing clerical duties. The role also involves effective communication and ensuring seamless administrative operations to facilitate the executive's daily responsibilities. Qualifications Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management Efficient with Clerical Skills including organizing, filing, and documentation Attention to detail and strong time management abilities Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality Proficiency in office software and tools Prior experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or secretarial work are advantageous
