Position:Product Executive
Job Description:
Develop and maintain exclusive travel products across destinations in Indonesia.
Conduct destination research and market trend analysis to create innovative and tailor-made travel experiences for international clients.
Prepare detailed itineraries and product pricing with strong storytelling and value.
Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure all products meet KBA DMC’s quality standards.
Build and maintain partnerships with hotels, transportation providers, and activity suppliers.
Create product descriptions, proposals, and presentation materials for promotional purposes.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in product development or tour operations (experience in a DMC is a strong advantage).
Excellent knowledge of Indonesian destinations, especially Bali and beyond.
Strong writing skills in English, especially in crafting itineraries and product descriptions.
Detail-oriented, creative, and excellent in communication and negotiation.
Able to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
