Deskripsi pekerjaan Payroll Officer Testing, Inspection & Consultant Company

  1. Conducting payroll processing in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with company policies and applicable employment regulations. This includes calculating employee salaries, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and incentives.
  2. Manage employee data related to payroll, including personal information, employment history, status changes, and salary changes. Ensure employee data is up-to-date and accurate in the payroll system.
  3. Calculate and deduct income tax (PPh 21) and other applicable deductions, such as pension contributions, health insurance, employee loans, etc. Ensure tax compliance and internal company policies.
  4. Prepare and manage monthly payroll reports, pay slips , and payroll expenditure recapitulation. Ensure the accuracy and adequacy of payroll-related documents.
  5. Understand and follow employment regulations related to payroll, including tax regulations, minimum wage, social security, and other regulations. Ensure company compliance with these regulations.
  6. Answering employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and company policies regarding payroll. Handling employee complaints regarding payroll payments, improper deductions, or other issues with courtesy and professionalism.
  7. Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll processes and the sustainability of an efficient payroll system. Provide support in terms of payroll cost analysis, budgeting, and financial projections.
  8. Manage and maintain the payroll system, and participate in the development of new systems or improvements as needed. Ensure the payroll system is effective, secure, and meets the company's needs.
  9. Assist in internal and external audit processes related to payroll. Prepare data and documents required for financial reporting and audit compliance.Stay abreast of the latest developments in payroll, tax, and employment regulations . Update knowledge and skills through training and self-development to maintain competency in payroll.
