About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll cum General Cashier to support our Finance team in managing payroll and daily cash operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Process end-to-end payroll (including salaries, overtime, bonuses, CPF, and tax)

Ensure payroll complies with local regulations and company policies

Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support audits

Handle daily cash collections, deposits, and reconciliations

Manage cash floats and support basic banking activities

Respond to payroll queries and work closely with HR & Finance

What We’re Looking For

Experience in payroll processing (TimeSoft or similar is a plus)

Knowledge of CPF, IRAS, and local payroll practices

Comfortable with Excel and numbers

Reliable, organized, and able to handle confidential information

Hospitality experience is a bonus, not a must

This role is based in Singapore. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Singapore, as visa sponsorship is not available.
